Compact Homelab Build with DeskPi RackMate T1 Plus

Project Intro

The goal of this build was to create a compact, organized homelab using the DeskPi RackMate T1 Plus.

The rack includes a ZimaBoard 2 used as a NAS, a mini PC running Proxmox with Jellyfin, Tailscale, and Pi-hole, an Alta Labs switch for networking, plus a patch panel and PDU.

I’m also planning to add some 3D-printed mounts and faceplates to clean up the setup even more.
